We have streamlined our call out/small job process to make for quicker response times and more efficient timing to keep the cost down for our customers. If you have an electrical issue, we aim to make the process as simple and stress free as possible to get things back to normal.
Payment terms for 2023.
From January 1st 2023 we will be altering our payment terms, payments will now be required on receipt of the invoice on completion of the work. We will also require a 50% deposit upfront on agreement of the work on any work over £500.

Tool hire/small task help!
Do you have small tasks at home but dont have the right drill, saw or fixings? We hire out equipment (Drills, saws, hand tools) or supply the correct fixings for your task based on your requirements. If you are not confident to carry out the task, we can come to carry them out for you with the correct equipment. Fill out a contact form with your task or requirements and we can help!
New express quoting.
We now carry out express quoting. Normal quotes would be carried out with 3-5 working days. With express quoting you can now have a quote next day, allowing for better organisation and faster progress with your projects. Inquire within or check out our social media to find out more.

Charity update 2022
We recently had our 2022 charity football match for Cancer Research and St Raphael’s Hospice. Despite the extremely hot weather it was a great day and a brilliant match. Finishing 2 - 2 and going to penalties. In total the day raised £502.50 for Cancer Research Uk and £733.75 for St Raphaels Hospice. We really look forward to next years event.
We have also been invited to St Raphael’s ‘Night full of stars’ evening again this year and kindly been nominated for the ‘hospice hero’ award. The evening is on the 9th of September and are really looking forward to spending the evening with so many wonderful fundraisers and St Raphael’s staff. We are due to do our £2 an invoice donation within the next month or so, so watch this space for the tallies.

2021/2022 Charity updates
Despite the partial lock downs and interrupted year we had this year we still had quite a good year for fundraising and charity. The only disappointment is we didn’t get to go ahead with our 2021 charity football match which has always been our biggest fundraiser each year. However we are really hoping to get that organised this year.
All year we have run our donation scheme where we take £2.00 from every job payment and donate it to one of 5 chosen charities, in 2021 it was Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer’s Research UK, MacMillan Cancer Support, Teenage Cancer Trust and St Raphael’s Hospice. Through the scheme we managed to donate £163 to each of the 5 charities. We will continue this initiative into 2022 but we are going to drop to two charities with Cancer Research UK, our long term fundraising charity and St Raphael’s which is the most personal to us.
In September I was lucky enough to be invited to the St Raphael’s awards evening where we were awarded with the ‘Hospice Hero’ award for our fundraising over the last year. We have done a lot of work with St Raphael’s since my dad had an all too short stay there back in February 2020 before sadly passing away. Having seen the work that goes on there and how wonderful the staff and volunteers are I will always do what I can for such a wonderful place. We now carry a cash can on our tool bags and carried out another fundraising push up to Christmas. We currently have £200 ready to donate.
2022 is looking exciting with several things in the pipeline and as previously mentioned hoping to get our 2022 charity football tournament up and running again in the summer. Our previous events have raised over £9000 for Cancer Research UK. Keep an eye on our news page and social media for all the latest updated and get in touch if you would like to donate.

We are registered installer of Podpoint car charging points. Enquire within for your site survey and information regarding your car charging point. Government grants are available off the total cost of installation up to the value of £350.
